 Antibacterial materials: Making use of Nano Si02 large specific surface area, surface mesoporous structure and strong adsorption capacity, as well as exotic physical and chemical characteristics, the silver ions designed evenly to the the nanometer the Si02 surface of the mesoporous, and the implementation of the stability, a highly efficient, durable, high temperature, a broad-spectrum antimicrobial nano antibacterial powder is developed successfully, antibacterial effect is remarkable.

Nano antibacterial powder is applied to the enamel glaze, to produce drum washing machine which has antifungal and antibacterial functions, and its the antimicrobial rate is more than 99%.

It should be noted that the antibacterial nano powder in the enamel glaze more demanding conditions of use, shall be made in a strong alkaline liquid and a high temperature (900 °C) porcelain remained strong antibacterial properties, which is the other antimicrobial powder unmatched. Nano-antibacterial powder is added to the interior wall paint to produce a long antibacterial mildew proof function.
