Nano polymer Paraffin Inhibitor (MGS-FL1)

 

I, Component and action principle

This product is composed by several high polymer and nano inorganic particles. Because there is nonplar section which can be eutectic with wax molecule on the polymer main chain and (or) branched chain, if you add defined amount of this product into the wax bearing crude, wax crystal shape and structure in the crude will be changed, the little wax crystal nucleus which is produced can be dispersed, it can’t collect to grow up, and isn’t easy to deposit on the pipeline or pumping rod, then can’t be taken by fluid. In addition, there are oil soluble inorganic nano particles in this product, because of their small size, special surface property, and good dispersibility in crude,nano particles could be taken as wax crystal nucleus, which stops wax crystal growing up and collecting, so this product has the function of paraffin inhibition.

III, Usage method and dosage

Please add this product into xylol or other organic solvent according to 20% ratio, and then mix evenly. The recommended dosage is 500~800ppm (You can change the dosage according to specific institution).

IV, Notice

1. Don’t add acid, alkali, salt and other substances.

2. Keep away of fire, avoid sunlight.

V, Storage method and shelf life

1. Store it according to common chemicals storage method, seal it.

2. Shelf life: One year since production date
